Generally, our customers at Chapman Plumbers are repeat customers and know Jo in the office very well. They also know how much support she brings. Due to having twins Jo is taking some time out, and we are using this as an opportunity to benefit our customers. 

In order to fill the huge gap Jo will temporarily leave we are teaming up with a long-term friend and colleague Patrick Wheeler who owns Elemental Heating in Twickenham. Patrick's work varies from Commercial heating to domestic renewables and he has a very similar focus on quality of workmanship to our selves.

VitoEnergy will give us more scope to deliver services earlier when needed, but also the joint experience means we can offer a very high standard of tech ability when it comes to energy saving measures and Boiler Installations.

VitoEnergy aims to employ the best benefits of new technology without a sacrifice in reliability.
